Awful staff!We had decided to just buy a huge family meal for our Thanksgiving dinner. Just as we were entering the premises, someone was placing a sign on the door saying that they were not taking any orders. There was a young woman at the counter who rudely told us that we should have seen the sign on the door. We told her that we had but were hoping that they still might be able to do something. I asked if they had pickles to put on my chicken burger, and they had wedges so I said no worries that’s okay. I started eating and five minutes later a lady came out all shy and sweet and said “I tried to slice it as thinly as possibly for you.” ???

For the past 25 years eating here, I've always got the bigger piece of chicken while the spouse doesn't.We both had the Thanksgiving meal and were so stuffed that we brought home our desserts.

They just delivered my order to someone else. I called after waiting 1.5 hours. Got a refund but only after I asked/demanded it.
