Swiss Chalet - Table reservation

The last few times I ordered from this location my dinner was delivered and missing items. The first couple of times, I didn’t mention anything. Today, I called and asked for a refund because about $10 worth of items were missing. I’m starting to wonder if they shave a bit off here and there to save money hoping it isn’t enough for someone to bother calling back or send the dinner back. It is so often that it doesn’t make sense. There is something wrong at this location. I never had this issue when I used to order from the Appleby/Upper middle store. We for there and waited around 10 mins to get a table, no hostes or waitres around. The floor was very slippery. Once we got sited, the service improved. I tried the fish and chips, not bad.. however, I would ha e preferred less fries and bigger fish portions and more salad.
