by a beautiful Saturday of November, on the champagne routes, sylvain suty offers a gourmet stop to sleep. quality map, beautiful and excellent cuisine, accompanied by champagne and wines from the hills of the marne. Nice tasting of a virgin rapeseed oil, top veal rice and gourmet desserts. a charming and smiling welcome. Really a very good table. we will come back to taste the other proposals of the chief.
