I've ordered from this restaurant in the past without any issues, but this time I opted for delivery, which is the main focus of this review. I placed my order around 5:30 PM on a Sunday, and the website indicated that delivery would take about 50 minutes. We agreed and went ahead with the order. Around 5:50 PM, I received a notification stating that the delivery was on its way. By 6:30 PM, I called to check on the status of my order and was told it was indeed on its way. Finally, at 7:00 PM, my food arrived. While the meal was satisfactory, the delivery experience was far from acceptable.
I received burnt fried rice and a completely different chicken dish instead of the chicken and broccoli I ordered. The chicken was quite dry. The crab meat wontons were unusual, to say the least. While the food was edible, it wasn’t what I expected or ordered. It’s surprising that chicken and broccoli wasn’t available during the lunch rush.
I just spent $70 on dinner for my family and have never been more disappointed. Everything tasted like it was cooked in rancid old oil, and all the dishes had the exact same unpleasant flavor—truly awful. The only things I enjoyed were the lemon sauce and white rice. Extremely frustrating experience.
I didn’t find anything on their menu that was truly awful. It was my first time trying this particular dish. Although it was spicier than I requested, I believe that those who enjoy spicy food would really appreciate it. It's listed as item #86a on their menu.

I got the chicken teriyaki, shrimp egg rolls, and shrimp fried rice. I got sick immediately after and I had nothing else to eat or drink but that. I don't normally write bad reviews but this stunned me as they have a few decent reviews and it smelled so good.
Ordered bro chicken fried rice so salty also ordered shrimp fried rice had baby salad shrimp they only put 4 in my container but called and they say oh well should have gotten 12 container full of rice and onions the worst … wasted money
They serve authentic fried chicken, not those oversized chicken wings you often find! The baked rice is cooked perfectly, not hard at all, and the shrimp is large and seasoned wonderfully. Everything here is consistently on point!
I don't think there's anything on her menu that's absolutely disgusting. that was my first time I ordered this article. even if it was spicy and I did not ask for a spicy. my spicy lovers would enjoy this meal.

I’m not sure what they're cooking at Szechuan Inn, but the moment you walk in, there's a strong, unpleasant odor that smells like a garbage dump. It’s really off-putting.
The food was so hard and dry like it was from the buffet earlier that day. Spent $40 on something we threw away!
