Totally disappointing. This location used to be one of my favorites because of their flavorful milk teas and snacks. I called this location recently and asked if they take orders over the phone and responded yes so I placed 2 milk tea orderss with regular sweetness and less ice for pick up. When I arrived, the drinks were not ready. I shouldn 't have ordered for pick up if they were just going to make the drinks after I arrived. Placing orders ahead of time is to get the drinks ready prior to arriving and to avoid waiting. On top of this, the milk teas tasted really light like I ordered 50% less sugar. The price went up, paid $15.54 for 2 milk teas which doesn 't even worth the price at all.
I ordered a Royal Milk Tea with 30% sugar and 30% ice, but what I received was something I could have easily prepared at home. The tea tasted watered down, and there was nothing 'royal' about it. I saw them simply mix pre-made tea and milk from a jug and pour it over ice for $5.25. Perhaps I chose the wrong item, but I won’t be returning for this one.
Be aware of your order in this store! The picture of the drink doesn't match what you actually get! I ordered a passion fruit tea with toppings as shown in their picture but ended up getting a very small cup with NO toppings! Not to mention the small fruit tea i got with NO fruit or toppings cost me around $7! A total rip-off!
I ordered the basil popcorn chicken and rose milk tea. Unfortunately, the chicken was quite bland and lacked flavor, and the portion size was minimal. The price was steep at $9, which didn't justify the quality. Additionally, the boba in the milk tea was overly sweet, overpowering the drink. Overall, it was not worth it.

I always order from this place, and the food is quite good. I especially enjoy the classic rose milk tea. However, when I order it in person, it tends to taste a bit bitter.
Their milk tea drinks are a bit pricey especially for the amount your getting. However, their snacks tasted really good such as the calamari and popcorn chicken.
The food is consistently delicious, and the drinks are fantastic. They always serve a generous portion of calamari!
I love their Mango Tea with boba. The staff is very friendly, and the place is spacious and clean.
