I used to visit T4 frequently before COVID, and every time I dined there in person, the service, food, and drinks were consistently good. Recently, my family and I decided to order via DoorDash since it had been a while. We ordered two portions of popcorn chicken, fries, a lychee smoothie with aloe, a snow globe, and an Earl Grey milk tea. The drinks were great, as usual, but the fries were hard and somewhat stale. To make matters worse, I found something concerning in my popcorn chicken—fly eggs. While I would recommend their drinks, I think you're better off trying the food at Bobalicious instead.
It had been a few months since my last visit. I stopped by on a day when they were repainting the walls with new colors. I ordered my usual: calamari and popcorn chicken. Just a tip—be sure to get the calamari extra crispy, or it may turn out soggy. I noticed that their panda milk tea has been updated to snow globe and pearl milk tea. I went for my go-to drink, which is the Earl Grey milk tea with white pearls and lychee. The T4 option is impressive as well. However, I wish the appetizer prices were a bit more reasonable.
The restaurant offers a variety of good options and the service is pleasant, but it tends to be a bit slow and can get quite noisy. Additionally, the location leaves something to be desired. Parking can be a challenge, and there's a laundromat nearby that sometimes attracts a few unsavory individuals. On the plus side, the drinks are enjoyable and the staff is friendly.
I placed an order for seven drinks yesterday, and it took the staff several minutes to prepare them. Unfortunately, one of the drinks was incorrect. Since I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for a replacement, I decided to take it as it was. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I really enjoyed T4! The Basil Popcorn Chicken was delicious and served hot. So tasty! I do hope they can improve the speed of service, as it took about twenty minutes for two orders and two drinks. Other than that, I would definitely return with a smile.
There’s no option for dining in, but it’s suitable for takeout. They offer a variety of drinks including teas and smoothies, as well as fried foods like calamari, popcorn chicken, and fries.
Panda Milk Tea is outstanding! Their fried chicken wings are quite tasty, and the flour bun with condensed milk is absolutely delicious.
I absolutely love their drinks! The calamari is fantastic and comes in generous portions, unlike other places where it’s so small.

The mango royal tea is absolutely fantastic! I took a sip and was blown away by how good it was. I highly recommend this drink!
I absolutely love this place! My favorite drink is taro, but I really enjoy exploring new options as well.
