Thieves! I took a win-win ticket, I was at that tobacco to cash it, but the dumb machine, I was told to come back with my ticket and between time the machine validated the winning when I returned it impossible to get my money back! Today my spouse goes there, the waitress doesn’t serve him the right package he realizes it right away by opening it and seeing the filters, he returns immediately and she doesn’t want to exchange it, thieves!

It's not the politeness that stifles them... when we go back into a business and say hello and the person who serves us doesn't even answer us and just wait for us to ask what we want without saying thank you or goodbye.
