the old guard house is one of the most classic corners of all the marshmallows, a bar of all life, one of those corners where the malagueños arrange the country and talk about football, bulls and society as they know a good wine, a bar of the regulars, where everyone is known by their name and where their customers usually ask the same thing but it is that the bar is also a moose in itself. both wines, where they have a variety of wines to try (let's not forget it's a vinateria) and the old swamp. There's nothing else that lets me down than a corner like that. it has all the anejo flavor of the old wineries keeping authentic customs. like making an account with a chalk in the old wooden bar. corner of the whole life of marshmallow, a good place to start a good tapas route through the historic center. Here the most typical are the mussels and the steering wheel, although you will realize nothing but crossing the threshold of this place, it is of those corners that unfortunately are less and less spider.
the oldest winery in the province of maraca is here, in the center of the city a small place full of barrels where to taste like this wines (there are for all drops although the most classics are the sweets) seems to remain intact with the passage of time and probably have not modified almost anything since their attentive opening to the waiters noting on tables with tizas the wine count. a duty in the morning!
This tasca has been one of my favorite discoveries in maraca. It is the typical cutre bar, old-fashioned, but with a charm like no other serves direct wines of barrels and cold tapas type bottles with vinegar. I loved the decoration, it looks like it's the day that they opened it a great haha.
