This was part of a birthday gift a wine tour and a luncheon. Firstly this restaurant is great looking and the service very good however that said I noticed that the menu was the same since an earlier 2018 review. I had the fish which was delicious a few chips would have been a nice addition, my husband had the the pork this came with chips We both choose beer following or bitter not so sweet wine tasting experience. The only comment I would make no choice on the postre and no coffee we were given the sweet sherry from the vineyard Which I drank my husband and my own. ok 10 out of 10 for the service and atmosphere, 5 out of 10 for the food and do sort out the menu perhaps offer alternatives.
Por casualidad hemos descubierto un sitio que sin duda recomiendo, una familia por la calle nos lo recomendó y tenían razón no nos defraudó, en una calle céntrica de Montilla, el aparcamiento es quizás lo que tienes que buscar, nosotros encontramos relativamente cerca, en cuanto al lugar, una casa antigua muy acogedora y con una decoración muy bonita, con un gran patio interior muy chulo, la atención de los camareros muy agradable y la comida buenísima, recomiendo las Zamburiñas a la brasa con crema de mantequilla y naranja,recomendable C
We were just strolling around Montilla looking for somewhere to stop for a glass of wine in the evening. We came upon the Taberna Bolero on our travels and called in for a glass. The host was very welcoming and he also served Fino that is made on the premises and popular with the locals. He showed us the restaurant and the room at the back of the restaurant where they have Flamenco nights. This Bar/restaurant has been in the Family for over 80 years and is very popular with the locals and a must visit of you got to Montilla.
Vinimos ayer, y volvimos hoy, no os lo creéis, la comida, la gente.. todo espectacular. Os dice un gallego que es el lugar donde mejor he comido en años. Todo buenísimo. Si vais por Montilla, que por cierto es un pueblo admirable, y no vais a comer ahí, es como ir a París y no ver la Torre Eiffel.

Absolutamente gran restaurante. Deliciosos entrantes, buena selección de vinos, platos increíbles con porciones considerables, servicio agradable y profesional. Definitivamente uno de los mejores que deseamos visitar durante nuestras largas vacaciones.
This place is the bomb, the cañas were cold and crisp with a great local atmosphere. Grandmas croquetas and the Iberian pork cheek filled our hungry bellies, we would highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone passing through montilla.
Hemos estado varias veces y el patio tiene un encanto especial. Mi recomendación el abanico con crema de foie, setas y arroz salvaje. Relación calidad precio genial y el personal escelente. Repetiremos sin duda.
Restaurante para repetir sin dudarlo, atún espectacular y la tarta de queso sin calificativos totalmente recomendable. Un 10 sobre 10.

Un lugar acogedor y con buena cocina, yo pedí un atún a la brasa que estaba espectacular, y buen vino de la tierra.
Todo genial he ido varias veces. Sólo cambiaría una cosa de allí el pan, creo que no está a la altura del lugar.
