I was generally not impressed with the restaurant service in Southern Spain, but this place was by far the worst. The waitress was rude and snappy, even though she spoke English. The food was good, however wait was long and there were a few misunderstandings. There was no soap in the restroom and when I asked the waitress for soap, she pointed at the cold water faucet. After I repeated my question about soap (reminder this is a food establishment where the restaurant employees wash their hands), she finally (with an attitude) handed me a one of those moist napkins...Then purposefully did not bring the bill and made us wait for 15 min after it was requested. The place advertised a complimenta...
Well... The food is okay, moreover delicious. But the service was incredibly slow, and the waiter brought only one of the plates we ordered, either he did not understand what we asked or he forgot it. After waiting another 20 mintutes we finally were served. Same waiting with payment. I totally understand and respect to speak a little the language of your host country and believe my, I tried my best. But c'mon. The use of basic english words in a city that lives from tourism would be more than welcome.
Stopped for a quick drink and tapa, can't complain about the red wine, which is never a problem is Spain generally. Ordered croquettas as a quick bite, which were delivered quickly but cold in the middle and almost certainly frozen. Waitress didn't smile once, so can't recommend the service either. Despite the appealing menu, wouldn't recommend at all.
Magnífico lugar para almorzar, situado en el centro de Ronda. Los platos son enormes, la comida exquisita (todo casero), los camareros muy amables y atentos para que no te falte de nada. El precio es acorde a la cantidad servida. Recomiendo probar el solomillo con patatas

He de comentar, que aún no teniendo una buena impresión, por un comentario a la hora de sentarnos por un camarero, tengo que retractarme en mi opinión inicial, comiendo rápido, bien y con agrado final del citado camarero. Comida de calidad y buen servicio.
Eran las 4:00 cuando llegamos aquí porque no encontramos cocina abierta en ningún lado. el camarero nos trató amablemente, tomamos sólo una rueda, una hamburguesa y queso, ¡conocíamos la gloria! ¡El vaso de fresa frizzanine, fresa!
La comida ha estado muy rica y la presentación también ha sido muy buena. Carlos y Estefanía son súper simpáticos, hemos salido encantados con el trato que nos han dado.
Local con terraza agradable en pleno corazón de Ronda, la atención del camarero de 10 y la comida perfect.
