I won't be going back to this restaurant. The manager on duty during our visit was unprofessional when we tried to share constructive feedback about the booking system. We were able to make a reservation for 7 PM even though the venue didn't open until 9 PM. She didn't apologize for the two-hour inconvenience we experienced and didn’t provide any assurance that she would address this apparent issue with OpenTable allowing bookings when you aren't open for business.

We made a reservation for 7 o'clock, but the venue didn't even open until 9. They didn't apologize for the two-hour inconvenience we experienced and failed to address our concern about the apparent issue with OpenTable, which allows customers to book reservations when the venue isn't even open.
