I honestly don?t like leaving bad reviews but I wouldn?t recommend this place to anyone. I would say go here if you?re looking for a quick cheap meal, but even than most meals here start around $10 and the food portion doesn?t equate to the price, neither does the quality. I didn?t get what I ordered. It was a completely different plate. On top of that it wasn?t even the right kind of meat that I ordered. I regretted not alerting the staff but seeing as how it took 30 minutes
Ok. So i was looking for a place that did fresh Mexican food on the way home from work. I decided to try Taco Baja. It looked like a hole-in-the-wall place and i like that because i believe they are usually great places to eat. Well...i in this case i want to emphasize the word usually . Now...the food wasn 't bad. It was pretty ok. I had a burrito, a hard shell taco, and a pork and cheese pupusa for 9.95 and a taquito plate for the same price. You may think Wow! Thats
It was too dark to even read the menu; the music was extremely loud (so loud that you could not have conversation, and the bartender/waitress could barely hear you; or you her), there appeared to almost be a brawl inside of the establishment...but the food we ordered was good, and the waitress/ bartender was friendly. came here earlier and experience was bleh. waitress was kind enough but had an overly fake customer service voice if you know what i mean. food was okay but not worth its price. the whole establishment looked kind of dirty and i was not greeted when coming in. My girlfriend said the place smelled but she did enjoy her asada tacos. she did say she felt uncomfortable in the enviorment, the place tended to attract weirdos, especially at night. I wish I got her name but the lady who was working 5/23 at around 11:15 at night was amazing! I placed an Uber eAts order and needed to add a few things(I felt like a pest but it was one of those days I couldn?t get it together) She was so nice about it. Even called back to give my name. Great friendly customer service!
Bad customer service. The lomo saltado had the smallest pieces of steak and lots of fries to cover the lack of. Then you charge me for chips and salsa and there was barely any chips in the bag. I try to support smaller businesses. But this place sucks and I will NEVER go there again.
Music was way too loud, sat that the bar. The bartender handed us a menu but couldn't hear anything she was saying. It was so dark in there that we couldn't see the menu as well. Really sketchy

SketchyFood isn't terrible, however, the staff and the crowd inside is a bit sketchy, actually who am I kidding, it's very sketchy.
