Really not a vibe On a road trip and stopped into Taco Bell to get some food. I ordered two food items and a drink and they forgot one of my food items. They allowed a clearly high homeless lady in the dining area with her dog. Screaming how it was a real service dog and she was allowed to be there I didn’t go back into get my item that was forgotten because I don’t want to have to deal with that. Really a crap experience. The food at this Taco Bell is just okay. Considering the high prices, I expect better quality and portion sizes. The pricing is surprisingly high with no special deals. The staff's friendliness can vary depending on who is working. When I think of tacos, Taco Bell is not my first choice. I would rather make my own at home. This was a takeout dinner experience.

Unfortunately, due to the effects of COVID-19, the service at this restaurant has deteriorated significantly. The food was average in quality. I dined in for lunch and paid between $20-30 per person. The food and service both received a rating of 2, while the atmosphere was slightly better with a rating of 3.

I recently had a bad experience at this restaurant where I received the wrong food in my takeout order and was unable to get a refund as they wouldn't answer the phone or open the door. The service was poor and disappointing. The meal type was breakfast and the price per person was between $1 and $10.
