I have to admit that I’m not really into fast food anymore, but I had a great experience at this Taco Bell. I'm not sure why they're so focused on using kiosks, but when I expressed my concern, the staff quickly allowed me to order at the register. Normally, I tend to walk out of places that insist on kiosk use, but since I rarely eat fast food these days, I was a bit taken aback. I was really pleased that the woman at the counter didn’t push me to use a kiosk; she simply said, "No problem," and assisted me instead. I really like Taco Bell, and this is my favorite location since I usually steer clear of the one that's closer to me because it doesn't have a drive-thru. However, I've noticed they often forget to include napkins, which is a small but ongoing inconvenience, even when I specifically ask for them. On the positive side, they are quite generous with the sauces! Overall, I also find that this location tends to have shorter wait times.
The restaurant has a really positive vibe, filled with young energy. The staff was very patient with my order since it had been a while since I had been able to eat out. I devoured half of my food as soon as I got it, and the rest was just as delicious once I got home. Definitely a winner! As for kid-friendliness, the dining area is spacious and welcoming, so any parent would feel comfortable bringing their children to eat there.
In this place the employees looks like they are working in their bad days because they are very rude, the food is good but the customer service is terrible. And never bring a $100 bill they never have change maybe because they didn’t sell anything all day I don’t know what’s going on. They should contract happy people to work here. No music and heavy ambient.

The manager would not accept cash and would not give me a code for the bathroom. She kept saying if the door is locked that means there is somebody in there I waited twenty minutes and there was nobody there. I am not eating here anymore. The Taco bell was empty at the time and I am used to this treatment in both oakland and hayward.
Before I even entered the restaurant, I encountered a rude employee. Driving a government vehicle, I felt that the staff member was judging me based on my occupation, and their attitude was quite disrespectful. Consequently, I chose to take my business elsewhere, where it would be valued.
The service at this location is fast and friendly. Even though I live farther away and have a Taco Bell right next to me that isn’t very good, I prefer to come here. I highly recommend THIS TACO BELL!
They promote breakfast, but they always seem to run out of eggs, which is, as you know, the key ingredient in almost every breakfast item on their menu.
