I ordered supreme fries, but they forgot to give me utensils, so I had to wait for them to come back while four other frustrated customers were also trying to get assistance. I ended up sitting there for an additional 30 minutes, witnessing the growing dissatisfaction of other patrons due to the store's poor design. It’s evident that they may need an extra staff member to manage the logistics better. A redesign of the restaurant is definitely necessary!

I was overcharged for my Dorito Fan Fav taco, and the staff were not helpful in addressing the problem. Although I still have a love for Taco Bell, I won’t be returning to this location.
The taco was somewhat messy due to improper assembly, but everything was delicious. I wish they had the apple empanada available. The cashier was prompt and friendly.
