I enjoy Taco Bell for their great deals, and the app offers a similar experience to ordering inside with the kiosks. I was really let down by my order. The nacho fries were missing, and all four tacos were wrong. I had specifically requested and paid for extra tomatoes, but they weren't included. I also asked for onions, which were missing too. The so-called supreme tacos were supposed to come with sour cream, but that was absent as well. I ordered two hard and two soft tacos, but none matched my requests. The burrito was missing tomatoes and onions, and it had red sauce on it despite my clear request for no red sauce, as I find it too spicy. To top it off, there were no mild sauce packets—only fire and diablo. Everything was cold when it arrived, too.
I visited this restaurant about a week ago and placed an online order. The food was fresh, especially the fries, which were crispy and well-seasoned. The tacos could have had a bit more meat, but overall, I enjoyed the meal. They were out of chicken for the bacon chalupa, so I chose steak instead. I wouldn't give this restaurant any stars. They often claim to close at 11:00, but they actually open at 9:00. As a delivery driver, I've had to cancel orders because the staff here takes too long to prepare the food, which hurts my ratings. I advise avoiding this place due to their lack of speed and effort. The quality of the food can be inconsistent. I ordered a chalupa meal, and while one chalupa had the crispy, flaky crust I was expecting, the other was flat and stale. Additionally, they've now implemented a policy requiring customers to pick up their mobile orders inside, which makes us reconsider that option. The hassle of finding parking and going inside just doesn't seem worth it when we could have enjoyed the convenience of ordering and paying in advance.
I was asked which sauce I wanted, but they ultimately didn't include it in my order. What's the point of asking if they're not going to provide it? On top of that, my Chalupa was made incorrectly. It really makes me question why I bother ordering if they can't meet my requests. This issue happened again today; when I asked for hot, fire, and diablo sauces, I received completely different ones. I've attached a new picture to show what I got.
I wish I could rate this place lower. I work for a food delivery service, and every time I've gone to pick up an order—five times now—I've faced a 15-minute wait. They haven’t even been busy during those times; there are rarely any customers. I’m not sure what the problem is, but it feels like I have to wait for someone else to place an order before anything gets done.
