Our entire order from Taco Bell was completely wrong, with missing items, and they don’t even answer the phone. It’s unbelievable. Whenever someone picks up, they just hang up immediately. On top of that, they were sarcastic when I called about the order. I want a manager or district manager from Taco Bell to contact me as soon as possible. This isn’t the first time this has happened! The menu experience here has been consistently disappointing.
Ordered over $30 of food on the app. Food was checked in long before I even arrived. Got to the restaurant and was told that they were out of almost everything that I ordered. Was told that they were unable to offer me a refund or do anything about it.Their solution was to call customer service (they didn?t have the number and I can find it no where online) or to call mybank. Terrible service, never ceases to disappoint here.
Terrible. Had trouble getting it right then once I got home and bit into it, the shell of the taco was so hard it almost broke my tooth. Barley any meat and a ridiculous price, charged me for ingredients that weren't included, and when I tried to call a couple times they hung up, didn't even let me get a refund because I touched the food. If I could I'd give 0 stars, never going here again.
Disgusting. Food was cold, dry, and stale. Decent buffet, though adding some seafood options would be a nice touch. The slot machines are entertaining but could use some updates with newer games. The hotel is beautiful, but the pool is small. Overall, had a fun time.
I recently enjoyed the best experience at Taco Bell in a long time. The staff was extremely friendly, the food was hot, and the service was remarkably quick! I'll definitely be returning.
I love the boxes at Taco Bell. They used to cost $5, but now they're nearly $8. Still, they’re good. Prices have gone up everywhere lately.
