To the employee who made my customized quesadilla tonight, I wish you all the best. I ordered the chicken quesadilla without Chipotle sauce, with refried beans, sour cream, and guacamole. When I got it home, I air-fried it until it was crispy on the outside and the cheese melted perfectly. Every bite was delicious, especially with some fire sauce. The quesadilla was generously filled and sealed at the edges. There was love put into my meal and it was perfect. Thank you to whoever made it. I hadn't been to a Taco Bell in months, and this experience has put me off from ever returning. They forgot half of my order and the portion sizes of the remaining food were disappointing. Overall, the meal was unsatisfactory. The service was average, and the food quality was below par. I would rate both the food and service a 2 out of 5.
I ordered online 12:20 for 12:30 pickup. I waited in the store for 30 mins without receiving my food. People came in and ordered at the counter and received their food before me.
