We had a pleasant visit today with no problems to report. While the mall area where the restaurant is located feels somewhat quiet, it’s great to see that a few establishments are still thriving given the foot traffic. The food was tasty and prepared exactly as we requested. Overall, everything was excellent—thank you for the quick food and speedy service!
This Taco Bell is the worst in California. They frequently mess up orders and offer very poor customer service. Even when there’s no one else waiting, the wait is unusually long, and the food often comes out cold or incomplete. The staff here appear entirely unprofessional.
I was disappointed to realize that it had been 15 years since my last visit to Sunrise Mall, and I was amazed by how much it has transformed. Taco Bell was one of just two restaurants still in operation, but I must say it exceeded my expectations!
The food was typical Taco Bell fare, but the service was slow. It took 16 minutes to receive just a couple of tacos, and there were only two staff members working. So, yeah. Book a table now
