The restaurant is new and clean, but I was frustrated having to place my own order on a tablet. It feels like I should be compensated for doing the staff’s job. If I have to handle both ordering and paying, it makes me question what the staff’s role is. I probably won’t come back.
The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, which is understandable considering how busy it was. I did deduct one star because I was given a regular soda instead of the diet soda I requested. Nevertheless, overall, it’s a decent Taco Bell.
The food is just somewhat satisfactory, likely because it's a new location. I've observed that Taco Bell, in general, doesn't maintain its cooking equipment well, and as it gets older, the quality of the food tends to decrease.
I’ve always enjoyed Taco Bell, but sadly, the quality of the food appears to have worsened over time. Book a table now
