I would not recommend working or dining at this restaurant. The main issue here is the manager, who is unhelpful and often refuses to assist customers when asked. Despite customers requesting to speak with the manager, Paz, she never comes out to address their concerns or invite them to dine. She is known to yell at employees and belittle them for simply doing their job. Additionally, she wears no mask or gloves while handling food and drinks, which is concerning for hygiene reasons. The employees, on the other hand, are not the problem as they make an effort to assist customers and carry out their duties diligently. order family pack bags to go. on the way to the car I forgot to ask for sauce. I went back and asked a young man for sauce. he was polite and placed hot sauce in a small bag for me. then he answered with a good evening ma’am, wow! can not remember, the last time a nearly food worker was so polite. Everyone who complains about food quality and time must give these workers a break. most problems are out of control and can not do much. also kudos to these young children work, it is rare to see young children who work now and days.
This is one of the best Taco Bells around. The staff is always very friendly and willing to help. They can even make some old favorite menu items that may no longer be available. Don't be deceived by the small size, as they provide better personal service than most sit-down restaurants.
I waited in the car while my son went to eat. crunchwrap as always is 110 percent delicious. I always command. before the coin 19 I always went in. friendly staff, if they come. these employees are taught by a great chef!
