Taco Bell - Table reservation

This location is a Taco Bell/KFC all in one. You can order from both menus. Tacos are always fresh and delicious. Staff is friendly. I've been eating at this location for 21 years. It's my closest neighborhood Taco Bell/KFC. ? ? Currently, the only concern that I can share is that they are not consistently wearing masks and gloves for customer and staff safety. Most of the staff are wearing the masks around or under their chins with their mouths and noses completely exposed and uncovered with no gloves and some staff are not wearing masks or gloves at all including the cook, the person preparing the food and the manager etc... I used to love this restaurant, but today I had the worst experience ever. The so-called manager was incredibly rude, yelling through the loudspeaker when I tried to address his behavior. He did not apologize for raising his voice and only made the situation worse. I left my table and went to speak to the manager in person to voice my complaints, but a young woman informed me that he was the manager and he did not come out to speak with me. This was a disappointing and frustrating experience.

I ordered a combo meal and requested pink lemonade, but they only had elderberry. When they brought me a Sprite instead of elderberry, I asked for a Pepsi instead. Also, they gave me hot sauce instead of mild. Hopefully, the service and accuracy will improve in the future.

The Mexican pizza had a strange taste and made me feel sick, so I ended up throwing it away. I believe there may have been a issue with storage that affected the taste and smell.
