If I could give this restaurant a 0-star review, I would. I usually don't complain about food, but I had a terrible experience here. When I went through the drive-thru, I was told they could only accept cash due to supposed computer issues. This was the third time I had ever been to this location, and I knew something wasn't right. I went home and decided to return with a family member to see if they would say the same thing. They claimed they could only take orders through DoorDash, but when I asked about their POS system, suddenly they were able to take my order. Having worked in bars and restaurants my whole life, I can tell you that whoever owns this place needs to clean house. The staff...

Nasty! Place smelled like a cross between a musty basement and a 3rd world petting zoo. When I walked there was a rubber glove just laying on the foyer mat. Floor was sticky and messy. I stood there for 5 minutes while your highly motivated staff hid outof view and avoided being seen while listening to music until I left. Zero cars in the drive thru. If you own this franchiselocation...manage it or close it. Yes we are aware there is a lack of people with a work ethic these days, still not thecustomers problem.

I have tried calling multiple times to speak with a manager, but have had no luck reaching anyone. It's frustrating because this restaurant used to be good, but now it seems like they can't get anything right. They also seem to have ongoing issues with their card reader and only accept cash. I hope someone will address this issue soon, as I don't have the time or patience to keep trying to find the manager.

After a late night baseball game, I was craving something quick and easy. The only option open in the area was Taco Bell's drive-thru, aside from a McDonald's. The experience was okay - the food wasn't anything amazing, just decent. It was prepared correctly and served hot, and the staff were friendly and efficient.
