This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to! As soon as I walked in, I heard people complaining about the kiosk-only ordering and how one of them wasn’t functioning properly. I placed my order for two large drinks at the kiosk, and after about 10 minutes, I still hadn’t received my cups or any acknowledgment from the staff. I watched as they brought out orders to other customers, and I could see the disappointed looks on their faces—it was clear something was off or the wait was just too long. After a few more minutes with no sign of my order, I decided to leave. I definitely won’t be returning to this Taco Bell.
