We ordered 8 burritos at this restaurant—4 with green sauce and 4 with red sauce, specifically asking for no onions in the red sauce burritos. The first three burritos were decent, but the fourth one was overwhelmed with onions and had barely any beans. The service was quite poor. To make matters worse, the 4 green sauce burritos were served with red sauce instead. Overall, this Taco Bell has provided some of the most frustrating service I’ve ever encountered.
Though Taco Bell receives its fair share of criticism, I must say that I genuinely enjoy their tacos. They are tasty, quick to prepare, and served with a friendly attitude. The prices are affordable, and the quality is consistently good. The only downside for me is the limited seating options, both inside and outside. Eating in my car isn't the best way to savor tacos; they truly deserve to be enjoyed at a table. Overall, I would rate them 4 stars.
Whenever I visit Taco Bell’s drive-thru, the food is consistently fresh and served in generous portions. However, my experience with DoorDash delivery was quite disappointing—twice the orders arrived dry, appearing pre-made and left sitting for some time. The ingredients were noticeably reduced, and the burritos and power bowls were much smaller than expected. I won’t be ordering delivery again. Very upset and let down.
I ordered a Beefy Five-Layer Burrito without beans at the drive-through, but the cashier misunderstood my request and thought I said to exclude the beef. When I asked for a replacement, he refused and told me to just take off the top tortilla and scrape off the beans myself. He didn't offer a refund and even argued against remaking my order. This was the most bizarre experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Book a table now
I’m thrilled that the dining room is open again; it’s wonderful not to have to eat in my car anymore. The staff is incredibly nice and friendly, and I really appreciate having the option to use the kiosk. Thank you, Bell staff, for a fantastic experience!
Awesome first date experience! They went out of their way to make it special even made heart shaped cinnamon crisps! Staff is so friendly looks pretty nice inside too! Will be back
I used the drive-thru, so I can't speak about the ambiance inside. However, the staff at the Wendover location were very friendly and polite.
Their nacho fries are very good, but a large is not really large. The new freezes that they have are really good also. Book a table now
