This restaurant tends to have inconsistent experiences. When we placed our order, it was initially incorrect, but the woman who took it was very pleasant, which isn’t enough to make me want to return. My order number was 307 (I kept track) since I didn’t receive a receipt. When I requested one, the woman who took my order became defensive and seemed annoyed. An older woman, likely the manager, did her best to fix the issue. However, I don’t believe the problems were solely due to her or the original order-taker at 4:57 pm on May 30, 2020. So here's a rant. First i attempt to go inside so i don't have to wait in the drive thru, but the doors locked and they say they lobbies closed, except obviously there's a few non employees inside having conversations with the staff. The mobile order taker was very nice , tho it took 20 minutes to get to the window in drive thru where i picked up the order and was met by an incredibly rude gal. Probably po'd by the meth heads her coworkers were distracted by, but that shouldn't be my problem.Don't bother dining here nor drive thru. The young lady who took my order is their only saving grace
This Taco Bell location is terrible, especially the night shift. I have no idea what they're doing, but it definitely isn't their job. There are lines of 10 cars long, yet someone will sit at the order spot for minutes on end with no one ahead or coming through the drive-thru. This last visit was the final straw for me. I'd rather spend extra time and gas driving to the Lodi location, where the staff knows how to do their jobs and are polite.
The food is fantastic. However, I've noticed that about 25% of the time when I request no guacamole on my Chicken Power Menu Bowl, they also remove the avocado ranch sauce. I never asked for the sauce to be removed, just the guacamole. I understand how it might be confusing since both toppings contain avocado.

The Taco Bell has been remodeled and it's very very nice and it has really really great staff. The food was excellent nice and hot fresh and I've never had my nachos look this good before keep up the good work you guys are doing great.
I would give this restaurant a rating of 3 stars overall. The ambiance was a bit warm, so air conditioning would have been a nice addition. The bathrooms were clean and conveniently situated.
I love the remodel of the place it's nice and clean and the layout is super simple. Come see my boy Benny he will hook you up!!
The food was cold, the ground beef' was horrid. The food was not properly wrapped and some ended up loose in the bag.

Over a 20 min drive thru wait. Not worth the service. Remodel doesn't help very low quality and slow service.
