Taco Bell - Table reservation

They need to improve their customer service. When you place an order, they repeat it and then you have to move forward and wait. Often, they give you something different from what you ordered. For example, I ordered a cheesy Gordita Crunch but they didn't put cheese on it. They seem to not pay attention to details. I also asked for Gordita sauce but got something completely different. The service here is lacking and needs improvement. I expected better service, especially considering the high traffic on the highway. They need to pay more attention to the orders they are preparing and make sure they give customers what they asked for.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Got a food allergy? They don't understand. (thanks for almost killing me Claymont Taco Bell). You want a correct order? HA, Guess again. You order 10 things? Well only bank on getting about 6. Oh and can you get a refund? Of course not. Don't even bother calling to speak to someone, I tried to be kind on the phone and understand what keeps going wrong, and the manager accused me of wasting their time by answering the phone for this complaint and told me to get back in line, rather than offering to remake the food. Shut this place down.

The staff at this restaurant is disrespectful and the food is subpar. They frequently make mistakes with orders and the soda machine has been out of carbonation for months. The general manager should address these issues at this location.

Paper sign outside drive-thru says they are open until 8 PM, but they never are. I just went through the drive-thru at 5:30 PM and they said they were closed. Always happens. They should just close down.

The restaurant is average, but the food arrived on time and was still fresh. I did not dine in, but I ordered delivery instead.
