Ordered food to be picked up a half hour later due to having 9 items and some modifications. Arrived at pickup time and sent my daughter in to get the food. She came back out and the bag looked too small for the number of items ordered. It had my name and the 9 items on the sticker, but there were only 4 completely different items in the bag. Went inside and waited for about five minutes before somebody asked if they could help me. Heard other employees joking about the kid grabbing the wrong bag . Fortunantely, she didn 't hear them making fun of her(for a mistake somebody there made). I saw another mobile order there which likely had my items inside. Employee saw that the items were wrong...
Maybe if you don't have any adjustments to your order you'll be fine. But I requested no lettuce and no beans. I received plenty of both.
Incredibly fast. Love the chalupas. I was having a bad day, and this was like an oasis in the bad day desert. :
