My order was missing tacos and nachos. The employee at the window assured me that everything was in the bag, and since I was in a hurry to get home, I didn't double-check. Once I got home and saw the missing items, I tried calling the location (number on the receipt) seven times, but no one answered. Please improve order accuracy and ensure calls are answered.
It's Taco Bell. The food is decent, and the service can be a bit slow or overwhelmed depending on the time of day, especially during the lunch rush or when staff are new. I'd rate it around 4.5 out of 5. We've visited many times and rarely had any problems—only once did they mess up our order by missing a taco, so overall, it's not a big deal.
It's important to choose the right time to visit this place, as it can get really crowded, and the drive-thru takes priority. I have had the pleasure of interacting with several friendly employees who genuinely enjoy their work. Thank you for the excellent service and delicious food!
