I ordered a 12-pack of Taco Crunch Supremes from the Taco Bell on Hegenberger through the drive-thru, and I was taken aback when my total came to over $33. To make matters worse, when I got home, the tacos were neither warm nor crunchy. While they were still edible, they certainly didn't justify the price. These tacos have a special place in my heart, as I've been enjoying them since elementary school, and I occasionally like to visit Taco Bell for a nostalgic treat. This restaurant constantly messes up my orders. I’m torn between being frustrated with myself for coming back hoping things would get better and being annoyed with the staff. I ordered a deluxe craving box expecting it to include chips and cheese, but instead, I got two servings of cheese with no chips at all! It might seem like a small issue, but these little mistakes happen so often that it really gets on my nerves. Honestly, I wouldn’t even mind if robots took over your jobs at this point. It’s ridiculous that some of you think you deserve more than minimum wage!
This Taco Bell is fantastic! I recently stopped by and had a wonderful experience. I used the drive-thru to order two cinnamon delights. When I reached the window, I was met by a friendly employee who took my payment and handed me my order. After I picked up my food, I left the restaurant to enjoy it, and it was absolutely delicious. I’m giving this Taco Bell a five-star rating for its excellent service and amazing cinnamon delights!
I requested some assistance with my order because the self-service kiosk didn't let me substitute shredded cheese for cheese sauce. Unfortunately, the young male cashier completely ignored me while he chatted with four of his friends. When I brought it to his attention a second time, he just grabbed my order and handed it to me with a halfhearted "sorry." He also didn’t include the sauce I had asked for. Talk about not caring, kid.

The staff was incredibly rude. My car broke down, and I had to wait for help. They spoke in Spanish, seemingly oblivious to the fact that I could understand them, and made remarks about me, my spouse, and my car. It was very unprofessional.
The service is sluggish, the dining area is not open, and there are no takeout options available. The quality of the processed foods is underwhelming. Additionally, there are no suitable seating or tables; it's solely a drive-through.
The customer service at OAK Hegengburger Rd is outstanding, regardless of the time of day. The app is very easy to use, and I really enjoy the flexibility it provides for customizing my orders.
Almost always get my order wrong then I have to ask for a receipt. I ordered 3 supreme tacos with no lettuce and they barely lined the bottom of the taco. I even took a picture it was so bad.

They have idiots working at that Taco Bell. They never get my order right. They always forget to add an ingredient.For example today they didn't add my jalapeno sauce in my crunch wrap.
