"All of the employees, except for one, are very kind. However, the General Manager is extremely rude. The GM seems to profile us because we are homeless, even though we spend at least $20 a day in the restaurant and sit to charge our phones. Despite our patronage, the GM claims to have the authority to do whatever she wants and has banned us for being homeless. Additionally, she has placed locks on the outlets so we cannot charge our phones. It is unfair to be treated in this manner. It would be beneficial for the GM to experience homelessness for at least a month to understand how it feels to be treated poorly."

I have received incorrect orders, despite politely asking for no sour cream or guacamole on my burrito. The portion sizes of the nacho chips were also inconsistent, and they even forgot to include guacamole on one occasion. Additionally, I was served a stale chalupa. Every time I visit, they seem to always make mistakes, even when there are no other customers in line. It appears that the staff may not have been trained properly, as the same issues persist with every order. Customers deserve to have their food prepared correctly, espe...
