This place is horrible. I ordered ahead and they still messed up my order. This is the second time they overcharged me when they don't have something and then almost forgot an item. The workers have attitudes when you explain that there is an up charge for the item they don't have and this happened before without automatically crediting as they stated it would. When you ask for the missing item they just hand it through the window not in a bag. ? Last time I will go to this location. I am no longer worried about TacoBell Revenge and more worried about Straight Food Poisoning. ?
I ordered two spicy potato soft tacos and a steak quesadilla as part of a larger order that included nacho fries, two steak chalupas, a Mexican pizza, a bon burrito, a chicken chipotle melt, and a 12-pack of beef tacos. When I opened the taco box, I noticed a green spot on the tortilla. Upon closer inspection, I realized it was moldy. I tried calling the restaurant, but they either hung up on me or didn't answer at all. I was so stressed out by the situation that I broke out in hives on my hands.
Went through drive thru ordered 12pc mixed chicken GOT 10pc plus 4 side jalapeño GOT ZERO!!!!GOT CHARGED $35.49 for 12pc original but GOT 10pc. Got charged $2.60 for 4 side of jalapeño and GOT NONE!!! ORDER 392208Then they messed up on famous bowl when I asked for the chicken to be put on the side NOPE they made like they always do. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.WORKERS DON'T KNOW HOW TO COUNT CHICKEN. SAD
I wouldn't recommend going here and making a big order, I came several times and every time they are missing things that are part of the order. I come back and say I miss something and they say we've gone out. when they run out, they say something or replace it with something else. don't let me go and then I'll get angry again, which I have to go back. it is a waste of time and gas.

Been here twice. First time, staff was polite, but wait was a bit long. Second time, they closed on a busy concert night like 2 hours early. Stopped service two cars ahead of me saying they were short staffed and so were closed. Don 't go here late night, I guess.
Every time we visit, which isn't very often, our orders are consistently incorrect, and we've been served unpleasant, old food. We received a stale, hard bun. The staff is rude, and something needs to change! I will not return. They do not deserve our business!

The service is extremely fast and the customer care is excellent. The food is always fresh and served hot. Overall, I would give it a perfect 5 out of 5!

Taco bell it 's not Mexican food, but it is pretty good. Got to have that Diablo sauce. Which is not hot at all at least not to me.
They continue to do a great job at this specific Taco Bell and thank u all who work there for the great job you do!
