Taco Bell - Table reservation

Well I went there last minute. I ordered a crunch wrap. I parked to eat it, got halfway through it and found a hair in my food. Took it back in there and THE MANAGER said it looked like my hair and that it was blonde like mine and they had no blonde working there that made my food.First of all you cannot tell it's blonde from were you were GLANCING at it. It wasn't blonde, I then asked her if she new who prepared the lettuce that went inside the crunch wrap. She then looked at me and said well do you want me to make you a new one or what? This particular location always seems to forget something in the order. For context, I always come at night via drive-thru so perhaps the earlier crew might be better.The first time my order wasn’t right, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and let it slide. The second time, I started wondering about the service here… Then the third time, I decided I’m no longer going to this location as they’ve proven themselves to be consistently incompetent.At this point, I expect to lose some money due to a missing item if I come to this location.

At this location I have not had any complaints when going through the drive thru. They are quick and the food is as expected. Only problem that I have is with corporate and the constant menu changes and removing the grilled stuffed burrito...

Decided to leave the drive thru before i ordered because it was taking legit 10 minutes per car and there was about 5 cars infront of me. The workers dont seem to work at this restaurant. And they are extremely slow.

Great food, but they're always closed before their schedule says they're supposed to be, which is 3:00 am.
