I placed an online order for delivery just an hour before closing, but didn't receive any updates in the app. So, I called the store, only to have the employee hang up on me four times. Frustrated, I drove to the store myself, only to find all the lights off and no way to cancel my order or get a refund. The service was terrible. I’ve never felt the need to write a review before, but I felt it was necessary this time. As a loyal Taco Bell customer, I’m really disappointed. I ended up getting McDonald's next door instead, and I will never order from this location again.
Had to commit a half dozen moving violations to get here. This was my first time at a Taco Bell. The actual building seemed like a good setting for a fictional indie horror game however. I ordered online and the food was ready when I arrived. The employees were distracted enough that I was also able to trick them into giving me an extra taco (Genuinely couldn't find the original at first because they put in it a different spot than I was expecting), so that's why I give 5 spars. My daughter went in to get her drink that was forgotten in the drive thru; the manager on duty (black shirt/pants) smiled, looked her up and down and said I 'll take care of you baby. In the car, she immediately said let 's go However she said they were acting really creepy inside. Of course, when I go in to confront them, it 's nothing but whispers and all of a sudden they don 't understand English. Beware.
For some reason they feel the need to have my wife with two kids go inside to pick up her food because it was ordered through DoorDash pickup? Then didn’t care that my wife said it wasn’t a “delivery”. If there’s no line it shouldn’t be an issue at allPlenty of good food in the area with better service

My order took 30 minutes and was missing stuff. Can't fully blame the staff there was only 2-3 people working. They were trying but management needs to hire more people. The food was ok.

While other fast foods have decreased in quality. Taco bell just keep getting better food. Employees be sassy
$28 for 2 small meals is insane. No longer an affordable option for fast food.
