To begin with, we ordered the Cinnabon balls but never received them; they weren't even listed on the receipt. The staff member seemed unsure about her responsibilities, telling us that she couldn't fulfill certain requests until she consulted with the manager, only to discover she could have done what we asked all along. Additionally, we noticed her attempting to hide while she was eating. However, the most significant issue was when I ordered a quesadilla and, upon getting home, discovered that the package was torn open, with all the filling pushed to one side of the tortilla.
The wait times can be a bit lengthy, and there's no express lane through the drive-thru once you're in line. However, my orders have been correct 9 out of 10 times, with only minor issues on the rare occasion. If you're looking for a dependable pick from your favorite taco fast-food spot, make sure to stop by this Taco Bell.
Everything was fantastic overall, except that there were no sauces or napkins included in the bag. Fortunately, I had some paper towels on hand. Despite that, the food was hot and delicious. Thank you, Taco Bell! The driver was also great—kept me updated and arrived right on time.
I ordered from the self-ordering station in the dining room, but it took a long time for my order to arrive. That's why I deducted a star from my rating. I still love Taco Bell!
