Update Had a call from the manager and she wanted to know what took place, and after explaining to her, she insisted I return to fix me a burrito herself, that is great customer service from the manager, maybe I’ll change my mind about how much this place sucks.. It's refreshing to see young people who show (what should be common) courtesy and have manners. The guy in drive thru sounded enthusiastic, like he wasn't just there to collect a paycheck, or even to take my order. He sincerely wanted to make my day better. And he did! In comparison, those who just mumble the total, take your card, slam/close the window, and walk away are missing a very important part of the interaction and it shows!
I used to love eating the taco salads until they stopped serving them now I have a new favorite the chalupa can’t get enough.
