I was in Richmond on business. My friend suggested that she could order online and that I could pick it up. This work just as planned. The line was short the service was prompt and the cashier had a smile on her face. My friend had told me that the food would not be prepared until I got in line and that that's the way that Taco Bell operated. That way their food would not be cold waiting on somebody. Well that part must have been left out or Taco Bell didn't know it. Evidently the food have been cooked prepared as soon as the order was placed. The customer service at this restaurant is extremely poor. I simply wanted to order a meal, and when I asked for assistance, the server directed me to the bathroom instead. At the second window, I tried to communicate with another server to explain the situation, but they just told me there was nothing they could do about it. I thought I had been polite, but when the server came back with another person, she quickly grabbed the sauce I needed and completely ignored me. It seems like she was more focused on her phone than on serving the customers. I encountered smiling faces behind the counter, a delightful encounter compared to the contagious misery at the McDonald's next door. The staff at taco bell was so friendly! The teenager taking orders was patient and kind as we decided what to order. Itsrare to see good customer service in this area. The burrito was bigger than I expected. I wasn't thrilled to try something new, but I'm glad I didn't stick to my basic order. Even the fries were amazing. I will be eating here again.
Very disappointed with the recent service at Taco Bell. It seems they don't know what items they have in stock and will take your order whether they have it or not. Then to add insult to injury, they'll attempt to charge you the same price for an itemchange that is obviously a downgrade from the original item. Finally, the manager came up and addressed the pricing issue.

They never put taco sauce in your bag even after asking you specifically what kind you'd like...alot of the times my order is not correct as well. They will give you chicken when you asked for beef and they will put sour cream after being asked not to. This doesn't happen all the time but 3 outta 5 times is still too many.
It's everything you can expect from taco bell. We did the drive through very normal. They got the order in easily as well they did not make any mistakes which I have found can be rare. Everything was taco bell quality and the staff were nice.
The line was sooooo long and the food was old and dry(got a chalupa). Chicken wasnt available, sadly. They do alot of business because it's the only place open after leaving Rosie's to grab a bite to eat .
The food was fast food tacos lol. They were good, not soggy. The service was ok, they got our order right. It looked as if no one had cleaned the tables all day. I had to wipe mine down myself.
