I've lived within walking distance of this place for the past seven years, and every time I stop by for a quick fast food pickup—literally EVERY TIME—my order is either incorrect or cold. By "cold," I mean that the cheese on my burrito isn't even melted, and the beans are just warm instead of hot. Today was the last straw for me. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito with no onions and extra cheese. I ended up paying more than the menu price, and what I received had no cheese and included onions. That's it—I'm done! I will make the effort to drive out of my way to go to Del Taco instead.
The service is so slow and very unfriendly. I was standing to order for 5 min while one employee didn't even help or let her other two employees to help. It was really early in the morning so it wasn't busy at all. I wasn't even gunna bother with a review but this isn't the first time. I see why they have 1.8 for this location. I was the only one in the restaurant and no one was in the drive thru. There were 3 employees and none were to be seen. One came out and avoided helping the front and again letting her other employees customers are up front.
Manager and staff in the morning and early afternoon seem to run the place well and are quick to take your order. Food and portions are consistent and well prepared. Service is usually pretty quick, but drive-through seems to get priority compared to dine-in.
I love Taco Bell!!! Always have and I always will. This one is my favorite cuz the food is always fresh and tasty and the staff, especially April, are always very courteous and helpful!!!

The staff here are very attentive and friendly, and the restaurant itself is clean and tranquil. As for parking, there is plenty of space, and it's both safe and convenient.
I've only used the drive-thru at this location, but the staff who take my order are usually quite friendly and polite.
There's a new employee at the drive-thru, and he has tattoos. He gets the orders correct every time! He's fantastic!
