Hospitality, Memphis, the franchise owner of this Taco Bell, will likely add a reply under my review, saying that they will do better. Just take a look at the reviews below mine. They won't do better. Just avoid this Taco Bell, like the plague, or risk getting the plague. And who does the hiring here? You need to fire all of those kids and start over. Close down for about a month and regroup. I don't know why I keep coming here, other than the fact that it is a block away from my home. I wish this was a Sonic instead lol. Today: no, Pepsi, no root beer, no ice, no napkins. I was shorted a potato soft taco. Lots of attitude and screaming workers in the lobby.
My review of the experience starts from the moment I arrived to place my order. Unfortunately, the female staff member’s voice on the other end was barely audible, making communication quite challenging. It would be helpful to either increase the speaker volume or encourage employees to speak more clearly. Additionally, although I requested extra black beans, they were left out of my order entirely, and the ones I did receive were visibly burnt. Unfortunately, I had to throw away the entire Cantina bowl. The receipt is stained with food because I ignored it at first, but went back to retrieve it in order to write this review.
Waited in line from 2:00am to 2:28am when they told me that they closed 30 minutes early (2:30am) and couldn't serve me. They are supposed to close at 3:00am. The guy at the window told me he couldn't see my car in line which was a lie because he came outside while I was waiting. After a 12 hour shift and 30 minutes in their driveway all I wanted was something to eat, but he couldn't care less. I would not recommend this as a late night snack and their hours should be adjusted.
Lady at the window was very rude and talked back giving very snarky remarks. Highly unprofessional and I dont think ill come back here. I ordered the number 8 (doritos locos tacos) regular with no cheese. I shouldve checked the order at the window but that case isnt terribly important because you should be able to trust the establishment to have your order the way you asked. I noticed all three tacos loaded with shredded cheese and i just want to say i am dissapointed.

I've been visiting this restaurant for a few years now whenever I have those late-night cravings. The drive-thru has consistently gotten my order right every single time, and they're generous with the sauce. For the meat lovers, I highly recommend the Crunchwrap Supreme, and for my vegetarian friends, the bean burrito with a side of cheesy fiesta potatoes is a must-try!
This is the worst Taco Bell I 've been to/ had to deal with. Never order a mobile or doordash from here. It will be processed then cancelled whenever your dasher is there to pick it up. There 's always a problem with the system at this location. Very poor service all around. I use to work at a Taco Bell and I know it is not that hard to make some tacos and burritos...
This location is convenient for me, so I go here probably once a week. 4/5 times, I have bad service. I am always appreciative of service workers, but I have had a woman at the window be rude to me and a couple of friends countless times. Our meals are frequently wrong, and today we had mold on our tortillas I'll attach a photo of that). Worst location I've been to :
The food at this location was disappointing. The Mexican pizza was poorly made, and my chipotle ranch grilled item was essentially just a taco with chipotle sauce and chicken on it. The food was cold, and the service was lackluster. #TacoBell, you really need to improve—this was unacceptable at any time of day, especially at 2:00 PM.

This location has totally stepped it up! Or at least the night shift. I went at 1am on 01/03/24 and the group working nailed my order, which had numerous modifications. Used the mobile app so that maybe that helped? But the employees were very friendly!
this place is fucking trash!!!!!!! everytime i go here they either mess up my order or forget something!!!!!! the food sometimes is even burnt!!!!!!!! never again, see you never taco bell!!!!
