I only gave it 1 star do I could post. I just direct $78 getting my coworkers and I lunch there. I order 4 combos two Mexican pizzas 4 chalupas supremes 2 soft tacos 2 hard tacos 2 slushies. The food was old cold and the chalupas tacos were wet doughy the Mexicans pizzas were thrown together cheese was on the side of the box instead of on top of the Mexican pizzas. The slushies we're half full. When I tried to call they kept hanging up and then they took the phone off the hook. It wasn't even busy. This Taco Bell is very good! I stopped by for lunch yesterday, and for the first time in a long while, the food actually looked like the pictures on the menu—great job! I didn’t catch the name of the young man working the food line, but I made sure to compliment him on his impressive creations before leaving. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is that the prep area floor was covered with various food items. This was not only distracting and gave a messy impression, but it also posed a safety risk for the employees. Management should have addressed this issue. Aside from that, I was quite satisfied with my experience.
Waited an hour in the drive thru, but they only had two people working so I understood. What actually upset me and led to this review is that some of our orders were wrong and all were horrible. My chalupa's meat was refrigerator levels of cold and the bread was still doughy. My buddies had rice in their burritos and said it was rock hard. We ended up throwing it all away and went to get food somewhere else.
This has got to be the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. If you come after 7 and there’s a line, you’ll wait at least 45 minutes for your food. It’s like they take a 15 minute break between each car they serve. And I say 45 minutes for food lightly, because I left after that time spent in line. Really ridiculous!

I arrived just before lunchtime and was happy to find no long line, which meant no wait. The staff was quick in preparing our food, and even though there was a mistake with missing cinnamon twists, they were very kind and provided replacements. Overall, this might be one of the best Taco Bells I've ever visited!

Carbonated water. No syrup in Diet Pepsi. I was shorted $1 in change. Drive thru was only open. I didn't feel like getting back in line to address the issue. Employees need to slow down. No receipts given, either.
I wanted to eat cheap today. I got the $5 meal. The service was great. They are always nice there during lunch. My food was hot. I had the taco, burrito cinnamon crunches with a large drink. It was good .

This is the nastiest most disgusting Taco bell I've ever had my food was cold stale and hard. I just threw it away. I know how to pick my battles. So I just know to NEVER go back to that one.
I ordered 2 stake quesadillas with extra stake and this is what they gave me one of them had no stake and the other with some pieces of meat
