Unfortunately, after visiting this restaurant a few times, we've repeatedly had issues with getting our order completely wrong, and the quality of the food has been quite poor. The crunchy tacos we received were more like soft tacos, and the food was served cold. We are extremely disappointed. We tried reaching out to the store, but the manager is never available.
I got there an hour before they close and I see a lot a employees outside talking and smoking in the front door so I thought they gonna take my order but they didn't I was waiting like for 5 to 10 minutes and no body answer in the microphone that was so disappointed.... They need to improve in the service because they suck to be honest.
Food poisoning! I would give stars if I could! Spent hours in bathroom. I called the store and Stephanie says 'I hope you fee better, I 'll make a note if it '. That 's it! The manager hides from customers and tells employees not to give their name out. I 'm calling the health department.Stay away if you don 't want to get sick.
I was informed that I now have to place my own order. What are these employees being paid for? The service was lacking, it wasn't fast, and the prices aren't even cheap anymore. If they're earning $20 an hour, I expect better service and some level of skill. I'm really disappointed with the whole experience! Book a table now
There's no height restriction for vehicles at the drive-thru, which is great! However, I feel that the quality of the ingredients has declined recently.
The staff was fantastic and always nice to me ! There food was fantastic and the inside looks spotless ! No complaints from this tacobell lover !
