yesterday there were two combo meals ones with a kirsch pepsi, and one with a regular mountain dew. 12 the cinnamon and a wild circus eater. I was not totally told while I was in the order box when I got into the window, I was handed over a reception that was completely wrong. I was handed over a cherry pepsi for one job and a pepsi for the other. I see in the bag the cinnamon were in the bag, but there were only nine of them there were no cinnamon and sugar on them. the kirschferesser was not even announced. This location is literally useless. 5th time in a month I’ve attempted to get food there at 9:00 pm. Lights are always off. Lines of at least 5 cars. We just sit there for 20-30 minutes. No one greets us at the speaker or takes our orders. Is it closed? Who knows. Then eventually, the first car drives up to the window to see what’s going on and a girl opens the sliding window and screams “we are closed”. We all drive away. Every time I go at night this happens. If you close before 9 pm now, I recommend changing the times on your website or inform corporate so you stop wasting our time. After ordering a number 4 meal, I approached the window and saw her wipe her nose with her hand. She then used that same hand to touch the lid of my grandson's drink. When I confronted her about it, she threw the soda away, acting as if I was in the wrong for saying anything. I was quite shocked because I certainly didn’t expect to receive a drink contaminated in that way.
Out of frustration, I ended up going to McDonald’s instead. I plan to report this incident and let others know how unacceptable it was. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant again!

My order was messed up. Took a ride of 20 minutes. They came out with the packages and out of 4, only one had my name on it. This meant someone else got my food and I got theirs. You have to take their word for it bc u can't open them to see the order. All u have is the name. Came home with 1/4 of what I ordered. Make sure to double check the order number before you get ur food.
I visit Taco Bell for their breakfast, and I think it's totally underrated. It's definitely the best fast-food breakfast out there. I usually get the large breakfast burrito, which comes with hash browns inside. Speaking of hash browns, theirs are just like McDonald's but bigger! If you haven't tried Taco Bell for breakfast yet, I highly recommend you give it a chance.
Why does it say hours are confirmed to close at 12 am by the business one week ago yet the menu board gets shut off on me at 10:17? I wasn’t the only car in line when I went to the window to see what was up, all the lady could say was that they were closed. Please update your hours this isn’t the first time this has happened, I am less than happy.
I wish their website hours were updated to reflect their actual hours. We arrived for dinner at 10:45, thinking they were open until midnight based on what we saw online. Unfortunately, we had to take our business to McDonald's across the street instead. It's truly disappointing.

The wait for our order took quite a while, and the burritos were a bit lacking in quantity. I also wish they would consider bringing back the shredded chicken burritos.
My favorite taco bell to go to. Always makes the tacos really fresh. Every employee I've interacted with has been very friendly.
