My staff and I visited Taco Bell today, and everything went wrong. I ordered the $5 roasted Chalupa box with no tomatoes or sour cream, asking for the taco to be soft with an MT-tau. I also ordered a crushed chicken burrito, a cinnamon drill, and a medium sweet tea. The guy said the total was $6.50, which seemed too cheap. He quickly read the order at the window but clearly didn’t do a proper job. He kept asking another employee to help him. When he repeated the order back to me, he told me they no longer had the shredded chicken burrito, but he never mentioned this at the order window. I don't usually leave reviews unless its really terrible. Doors stay closed so had to use drive thru. Greeted with a guy who seemed annoyed with taking orders. Pulled up and noticed same attitude on headset when taking others order. Makes comment aboutendless drive thru line. If hate job so much why work there if can handle it. Didn't bother asking for hot sauce due to hisaggressive nature. Food was half cooked. Cheese barely melted. Saw what appeared to be few tiny black hair on food what seemedto be trimmed facial hair. Worst TB experience in 30 years. Def don't recommend this location.
This was my first time at this Taco Bell, and it will certainly be my last. We started ordering at 10:08 PM with only six cars ahead, but by 10:51 PM it was finally our turn—so we just drove off without ordering. While waiting, I checked reviews and saw that long wait times are a frequent problem here. I don’t know how many staff were working or what they were doing, but if it takes this long to serve just six cars, even with a 98 sanitation score, I wouldn’t trust it!
I attempted to visit the restaurant at 11:30 PM on a Saturday night, just half an hour before closing. However, they wouldn’t take my order at the drive-thru because they were “only accepting online Grubhub orders for the last thirty minutes.” This policy really doesn’t make sense to me. Meanwhile, the Cookout next door had a long line of 20 cars wrapped around the parking lot, likely due to their competent management who clearly know how to make money. Book a table now
I visited the drive-thru on 10/9 around 7pm and ordered a Dragonfruit freeze. The line moved quickly and when I received my drink, the employee mentioned she made it with care, which I could taste. The drink had a beautiful pink swirl in the white slush and on my first sip, it was like seeing a Unicorn. I wanted to go back for another one last night, but resisted the temptation. I will definitely be getting another one today.
Thank you for offering me a completely different drive-thru experience! For the first time, I was told that I couldn’t place my order at the drive-thru window. The employee explained that I needed to order online since they were busy handling DoorDash deliveries. Oddly, the drive-thru line was nearly empty, with only one other car waiting at the window. Without hesitation, I reversed and went to Cookout next door instead.
Customer service was not good at all. The person trying to tell me something couldn?t be done was yelling from the kitchen and I was given the most attitude when I told them I couldn?t hear them. When asked if there was a way to refund an unavailable item Iwas told that was not their problem and I had to take it up with someone else. Just poor service all around.
This was one of the cleaner well-run Taco Bells that I have been to. Dining room and bathroom were very clean. Service was quick and friendly. They even have a 4 Outlet electrical box at the end of the main table to charge your phone. Book a table now
The order was incorrect, the sauce was not what I requested, there were no straws, and no napkins were provided. Disappointing. It's bold of you to assume I use Twitter, Taco Bell.
