On one occasion, I went in for lunch during a particularly exhausting workday, and my mood wasn't great. While waiting for my order, I noticed a friendly employee behind the register who went out of his way to offer me a complimentary drink. This simple act of kindness really lifted my spirits. If everyone were as thoughtful as he is, the world would undoubtedly be a better place.
I don’t know his name or who his manager is, but he definitely deserves recognition for his caring, empathetic, and positive attitude toward customers. I hope more fast-food workers can learn from him! I want to express my gratitude for how he brightened my day with that drink offer. I’ll try to find out his name...
Best experience I had this Taco Bell! The young lady who processed my order and the young lady who processed my order in the window were not only friendly but very professional and thorough! The food was also prepared for perfection and the turnaround from the order to pick up was extremely fast! My compliments to all who made this a pleasant experience and food!
This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The food presentation was outstanding, and the restaurant was the cleanest Taco Bell I’ve visited. The manager and staff provided excellent customer service and definitely deserve a raise. Having been to around 100 Taco Bells, this one stands out as the top by far—no doubt about it.
On a different visit, the young manager had to assist with my change but appeared uncertain. Every time I've used the drive-thru while she was working, my order has been wrong. Because of this, I've decided not to come back. It's unfortunate that they don't seem to prioritize hiring skilled staff or offering proper training.

eating was really good, they have forgotten an article of our order (nachos), but it was not a big thing. soda was delicious. the bank was very friendly and efficient. actually, they forgot to give us even straws, but. whatever it was good.
