I usually consider myself a polite person, but my recent experience at Taco Bell was disappointing. I ordered two chicken tacos and two Nacho Bell Grandes, but only received one of the nachos. When I handed the bag back, I noticed cheese all over my hands and clothes, and the staff returned the bag with cheese smeared everywhere. When I got home, my husband’s taco fell apart because it wasn’t wrapped properly. As for my nachos, they were just a mess of broken chips and soggy toppings. Normally, I would brush it off, but I drove all the way back to the store to show the staff the poor quality. They replaced the nachos, but did so with an unpleasant attitude. The drive-thru equipment was broken, but instead of putting up a sign or blocking the driveway with a cone or trash can, the staff made you drive up to the speaker, wait for a response, and then tell you to come inside—one car at a time. It was clear from the crowd inside that the drive-thru had been closed for a while. Inside, only one register was open, so the counter area was crowded with customers. I left without any food, feeling quite frustrated.
Do you remember those childhood moments when a meal felt truly unforgettable? Being in a lovely setting where every bite was delightful? And having a server who was not only engaging and humorous but also attractive? Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience this time at Taco Bell. I know, surprising, right? However, I did savor a pretty good XLT Stuft Burrito with Steak from their menu. So, overall, the day wasn’t entirely disappointing.
During my visit to Taco Bell, I met a very tall gentleman who was incredibly polite and friendly—one of the nicest people I've encountered at this restaurant. Considering it was New Year's, it's remarkable to see someone with such a positive attitude while serving customers from the menu.

Taco Bell is no longer an affordable option. The burritos are tiny, mostly filled with beans and very little meat. The prices on the menu are unreasonably high for the portion sizes you receive.
I got a cheese quesadilla and a party taco pack. I absolutely loved the cheese quesadilla, especially with extra jalapeño sauce!
So excited to eat my lettuce chalupa, even though I asked and paid for steak and there is only 2 little pieces ????
Ordered there taco Supreme ????and this is what I got .never again .del taco is much loaded and for a better price
