I ordered 4 chalupas for pickup the other night. About two hours prior to closing. I go to pick them up and they have, for whatever reason, canceled my order. I would understand if in ordered minutes before closing, but two hours is plenty time to put together 4 chalupas. What made it worse is that this is at least the 4th or 5th time this location specifically has canceled my order for no good reason. 0/10 would recommend. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Asked for the dragonfruit refresca and the guy gives me brisk. I literally double checked that it’s the refresca and he insisted it is even though I watched him grab it from the fountain. Which the refresca does not come from the fountain. They charge you an extra $1 and some change for the refresca so that’s very frustrating. He should’ve remade it on the spot, but instead just insisted he was correct. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever experienced in fast food in my life. The food was cold. Paid over $30 for tacos which weren't what I ordered. Then when I brought them back up to the counter to be warmed up All they did was pop them in themicrowave. The manager didn't even make them fresh. No waste your time or your money at this restaurant overpriced and the foodis disgusting
They always make you stop before pulling up to the drive thru window so the camera clock doesn't pick up how long you have been waiting for your food. That way mgmt won't get on them but the wait here is always ridiculously long so expect a wait. Plus sideis that food is always hot. Friendliness is usually a bust but every so often you get a really nice person. Book a table now
I really enjoy the food here, which is why I give it 4 stars! The staff is always extremely friendly, and I usually get exactly what I order. However, occasionally, some items are left out. For example, I ordered the Cinnabon bites, but they forgot to coat them in cinnamon sugar.
Food was just terrible, how can they make the cinnabons hard? How is that possible? Quesadillas were just disgusting, taste expired.
First time, tacos were stale. Figured it might be just a one off issue the second time, they messed up my order, twice.

"We love Gino’s. Their deep dish crust is my favorite. They also have lots of seating indoors and outdoors. They have a section of the patio that allows dogs too which is fantastic!"
