Self serve screen option is fairly simple to use. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant always. Possibly they have lost their connection with the customer due to the self-serve menu. The counter staff could be more friendly and more engaging. However the self-serve screen, if you understand it, is a much more efficient option for ordering exactly what you want. And also a lot for a little more time and patience to select at your own pace.

I have a superb cripple pack with extra bark meat, I ate the half and it was good, but the whole bark was on one side so that I then had cheese and salad? I let taco bell know and terri was very nice and helpful, then she gave me another one that was perfect!
Entire box of tacos and this is what it looks like. Mind you I ordered tacos supreme. This place is terrible
