I usually try to steer clear of Taco Bell whenever I can. Although the staff is friendly, one of the managers and the overall environment could use improvement. During my last visit, I ordered a special knish wrap, but they completely forgot about it. When I brought this to their attention, I was quite frustrated and asked for my order to be remade. Typically, they would handle these situations better, but this time it was different. The manager dismissed any responsibility and refused to help with my order. I don't intend to return anytime soon, and I would advise others to avoid this restaurant as well.
My order was messed up, probably due to new staff. However, the manager on duty completely made up for it! He was very polite and eager to fix the mistake. He definitely earns five stars from me. Usually, with fast food, you have to argue to get what you ordered, but here all you have to do is ask nicely. Thanks so much, Taco Bell manager!
It took a while for our order to arrive, but everything was complete and served piping hot. I’d rather wait a bit longer for a correct and warm meal than get it quickly. The delay was a bit late, but overall, this location is one of the better ones. Food: 5/5
It took awhile to get our order but everything was there, and very hot so I'd sacrifice time over quality. I'd rather have the correct order with hot food over 5 to 10 minutes of waiting. Plus it was late night. Overall it is one of the good ones.

Customer service isn't what it used to be here. However, the lady in charge has a mesmerizing voice—she could easily be a GPS or audiobook narrator, and I'd listen to her for no reason at all. Food: 5/5.
The customer service here is second to none. The lady taking orders for the drive through has a heavenly voice. She could do GPS or audio books and I'd listen for no reason.
Although the drive-thru took some time, we were very pleased with the service at Taco Bell, and our order was exactly as we requested. Food: 5/5.
It's usually okay but last time we went the Doritos Locos Tacos we're super hard and wasn't very good just I guess be careful on what you get
