I found a large black piece of metal inside my burrito at this location. Not sure if it’s a regular thing at this location, but if you don’t want to choke on metal or get sick from it, don’t go to this restaurant. The manager saw the picture and basically responded with “there’s a pandemic and I’ve worked hard. The employee is new so what else can you expect? Honest mistake.” and while she did apologize vaguely, she avoided the blame for both herself and employees. This was my first experience at a restaurant where I couldn't place my order at the counter. Instead, there was a long line to use one working kiosk, and I had to wait for people who were struggling to enter their information, which took forever. I noticed that around 24 cars went through the drive-thru while I just wanted to skip the lengthy wait. After spending 15-20 minutes in the store, I finally received my cold burrito, but it came with no sauces or napkins, and I had to ask for the drink I had ordered.
Ordered through the app, the GM said my tacos are not available. She said that I have to refund through the app but there's no way to do so and I told her that. I asked if she could substitute but she said no. I had to call taco bell and I've been on hold for past 30 minutes trying to reach someone and still waiting on hold. They need to fix this app function or figure out a better way to refund orders they cannot fulfill. This location is always out of many items.
personal I think the taco bell is quite cheap eating. I didn't really like the place because I moved in there was an Indian family of 7 people who then kiosk took their sweet time. in the meantime the other kiosk was completely broken, so we ended to go through to drive through to place our order. I wasn't really happy about it, because I wanted to sit down to eat this particular time, but I didn't want to wait for all those people to finish the order.

Trash a Taco Bell I swear. This place is Born in the hood, straight up ghetto. I ordered 5 hard shell tacos and none of them came with lettuces, like wtf?! Then on top of that, they forgot my chicken quesadilla. I would like to say that this place is absolute trash. Management need to hire people that's a little more educated. These fools can't even make a taco correctly or even count the number of items they put in the bag
The night shift employees at this restaurant are truly dedicated, consistently providing delicious meals. However, the management is lacking, as it seems unreasonable to expect just two staff members to handle the large number of customers during the busy evening hours. I would rather see these hardworking employees leave until the management decides to hire more staff and offer better pay.
I really enjoy this Taco Bell! However, in the past year, I've noticed that my order is often missing items, whether it’s sour cream, cinnamon twists, or tacos, or something we specifically requested to be left out. Despite this, the staff there are truly some of the best when it comes to customer service!
Dude. Ordered beef and got chicken but literally 2 pieces of chicken in the whole chalupa. I'm starving after working so I guess I'll try to eat what's there but man.... disappointment is an understatement.They get one star because the lady's voice was nice but really because 0 stars isn't an option.

I ordered chalupas supreme with taco and drink via door dash and i get a drink that tastes like cough syrup and chalupas and tacos that barely have any meat on them missing lettuce and tomatoes on one of the chalupas. If you hate your job just leave smh.
