This was originally a five-star review, but it has dropped to one star due to a significant decline in quality. As a DoorDash driver, I find this restaurant extremely challenging to work with. They have closed the dining room and won’t fulfill orders at the drive-thru. At this moment, I’ve been waiting outside for 30 minutes after spending 15 minutes in the drive-thru. That’s over 45 minutes of waiting, resulting in frustrated customers and drivers alike. It’s astonishing that they get paid $16-$17 an hour for this level of service. I placed a mobile order from work, just 15 minutes away. When I arrived, the restaurant was busy, but I still expected some movement. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes. I finally received my food, but it took an additional 10 minutes for them to sort out the drinks. Honestly, I could have filled the cups myself in the lobby faster than that, and my food was getting cold while I waited! I haven't had Taco Bell in . . . I bet it's been 10 years! I thought I would get a couple of soft tacos for the ride home. I took one bite and it tasted rancid . . I opened up the taco . . the lettuce and tomato were rotten. Bad . . Bad . . Bad . .Never Again!
We went through the drive-thru and ended up waiting in line for 10-15 minutes, which was a bit frustrating. However, the food was hot and looked delicious! They just need to improve the training for their employees in fast food service.
